1 bunch red lettuce
2 bunches spinach
1 red onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked and chopped
Dressing:
3/4 T. poppy seeds
1/3 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. white sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 t. salt
1/3 t. mustard
1 c. swiss cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
Combine first four ingredients
Combine remaining ingredients for dressing
Do not put dressing on until right before serving salad
